I have heard about the changes going on with the product, so I decided to try them out cause of incontinent problems. The tapes now stick better than the ones made in 2004, they do not pop off like previous ones. These are good for moderate to heavy incontinence, but it's better if booster liners are used with the product since they feel a little thin around the brief. We hope that they can make a thicker brief like this since this good for moderate to almost heavy. No, I would not recommend these at night without a booster pad. They are good if you have more than 2 changes available. But with the high prices, I have to spend wisely when needed. They are essential for travelers, students, workers who are incontinent and they will be available anywhere locally when needed at the drug store or internet such as this site. I would recommend these to a friend, family member who has incontinence problems if the protective underwear does not protect well enough.

I will generally wear these during the day time and sometimes at night. They fit pretty good for me.My only cons with these as well with other diapers is that at night time if I get excited while wearing these or most other diapers for that matter I tend to burst thru them.I usually wear a good quality plastic pant with them to contain the mess when i pop or burst thru them to contain the mess.

Comments about Depend Fitted Briefs, Maximum Absorbency, Large, 16 ea:

I ordered six packages of Depends thinking I was getting the six tab and plastic outer lining. Instead I received an inferior product that has 4 tabs and you can not get a tight fit around the top also when you pull the material to make it snug it will tear. The biggest complaint is the lack of protection it offers my husband. He has been using Depend Maxium protection for 16 years with confidence now the new product has leaked the three times we have used it. Unfortunately, when you call custom service they have the attitude that is the way the new product is and sorry. Or they tell you to use the pull up under ware which we have and then switched to the better product the old design of the Depend with the plastic covering. At least they could make both designs and let their VALUED customer make the decision on which one to buy. I am now investigating other brands that give Maxium protection. So Sad

Comments about Depend Fitted Briefs, Maximum Absorbency, Large, 16 ea:

As soon as I received and opened my recent order, I quickly realized that changes to the construction of the product had been made. And as it turns out, these changes are not for the better. When I placed a recent reorder, I was unaware that this product had changed. I am not at all satisfied with the materials used. I do not like the flimsy cloth-like material. It tears very easily. I've even had one split open down the back simply while in the process of sitting down. I would like to see a return to the much more durable plastic back diaper with 6 tapes. A far superior product than this new one is. Speaking of tapes, why on earth would they change from 3 tapes on each side to 2? And the tapes don't adhere very well or stay put. I have to add white duck tape over the diaper tapes to ensure that they will stay adhered. And I have to add a third tape at the top of each side to ensure a good, snug fit around my waist. The new cloth-like material is so inferior, the diaper bunches up uncomfortably and loses its shape relatively quickly, going from a nice comfortable fit to a misshapen, stretched out mess causing the diaper to start sliding down and bunching up. This is a very disappointing product in my opinion. I would like to see a return to the plastic material and the 3 tapes!! I doubt that will happen, so I won't be buying this Depend product again. I'll have to find a new product altogether.

Comments about Depend Fitted Briefs, Maximum Absorbency, Large, 16 ea:

They softened the covering, but in the process use a material that stretches and doesn't hold its shape. Therefore they slide down, bunch up, stretch, etc. This, of course, ruins the purpose so leaking is constant. The two tabs instead of three make the situation worse.

These are good diapers but at times i find them to be on the thin side ..When i wake up ..if i am excited i tend to pop thru these diapers so i would recomend wearing plastic pants with them to contain the mess if you pop thru them .

Comments about Depend Fitted Briefs, Maximum Absorbency, Large, 16 ea:

These depend products used to have a plastic outer layer to help prevent leakage. I have been getting these for my disabled son for years. All of a sudden they change the product and it now has a cloth type material (more eco-friendly) but it does not prevent leaks and the worst part is the "reusable tabs" and so cheap that they don't stick well to begin with and undo very easily and they break leaving us using packing tape etc... to get by til the next change. I have even gone as far as using a pull up type of depend to help them stay on and prevent leaks but that is a waste of money. I WILL NOT be buying depend products again. I am so disappointed. Anyone know of a good under garment for a man that will not leak and will stay on?

retabbing for proper fit does not work well. End up using duct tape to keep it on tightly.

We have used Depend brand for years. However they have completely changed their product. It will not stay up. It can't be put on securely. It leaks. It only has 2 tabs instead of the 3 in used to have. In short, the so called improved version in terrible. I am searching for a replacement that meets the quality of the old Depends.

they fit well but they don't hold much. After one wetting they are no longer comfortable, and need changed if used as they are. But for a short time they are good.
