I am a College student that is constantly on the go. I use these at night and sometimes durring the day depending on where I am. Durring the day, I use these more for convenience than anything. I use a medicine that makes fluid run through me like a river. They are perfect for activity so long as they are not full. At night as long as im not on my stomach to begin with they work just fine. Again another drawback of the medicine im on is that when I sleep, I crash and dont always wake up. I wear a size 30 pant and before the newest diapers came out, no depend would fit me. As of now, the new design fits me lots better. I wake up with a full diaper most of the time and it collects around the back area. I will say the leak guards are awesome now. If you dont change out of one as soon as you wake up you may experiance problems but in the mornings if i dont feel like getting out of bed yet, they hold up fine and can often take another wetting with ease. They are no Abena x+ so i recomend an underpad and if full, take off before you get up.

They are comfortable and quiet enough under clothes, they also are absorbent enough for daytime, night time you'll want to put a pad in them for better absorbency in most cases. The tapes are too inconsistent, sometimes you'll get good tapes that touch the plastic and never will move again without tearing it other times they'll pop off if you move or breath. What I like about it is it does a good job holding when I have a "blow-out" from my bowel incontinence. can honestly say it never failed me there. It also does as good a job as any brief I've worn for covering odor.

I have heard about the changes going on with the product, so I decided to try them out cause of incontinent problems. The tapes now stick better than the ones made in 2004, they do not pop off like previous ones. These are good for moderate to heavy incontinence, but it's better if booster liners are used with the product since they feel a little thin around the brief. We hope that they can make a thicker brief like this since this good for moderate to almost heavy. No, I would not recommend these at night without a booster pad. They are good if you have more than 2 changes available. But with the high prices, I have to spend wisely when needed. They are essential for travelers, students, workers who are incontinent and they will be available anywhere locally when needed at the drug store or internet such as this site. I would recommend these to a friend, family member who has incontinence problems if the protective underwear does not protect well enough.

This product is very good at what it is supposed to do...be maximum
protection. This adult diaper can withstand almost ANY accident that one can think of. With the three tabs on each side, this diaper is perfect for overnight protection. Also the wetness indicators show if there has been an accident. This is very helpful for me when I need it. This diaper is simple for a caregiver to change, and is almost like a big baby diaper. Depends Fitted Maximum Protection is a great deal and is well worth your money.

This product has gotten progressively worse since I started using it in the early 1990s. The tabs are no longer resealable; they stick firmly that you can't unseal them without tearing the brief. The material used is so cheap and cheaply made that if you attempt to adjust the brief at all, it rips and you have to use a new one. In short everything about the brief is designed to get you to use more and more without any benefits. This is a clear attempt to rip off the consumer! Unfortunately one has no choice at all because the others on the market are equally bad. It's obvious that the manufacturers have a silent (or possibly just secret) agreement to make the worst product they can each get away with! The idea of competition is a farce, like in other areas of United States commerce and manufacturing. The consumer is uniformly presented with low grade, poorly produced products at high prices by manufacturers that you're having to seek the least bad instead of the best. SHAME ON AMERICA! No wonder the rest of the world is passing her by.

These are really good, but for overnight it is best to also include a booster pad. They are discreet for everyday use, reliable and comfortable.

Not very good for overnight, as they do tend to leak. The best thing about this brief is it is extremely discreet. No bulges or lines. But for overnight use, I would suggest the Abena brief as it is many times more absorbent.
