If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. I love this brand and was excited to try their multipurpose cream, but - yikes! The color is like a sallow shade of putty. I'm a fair-medium complexion with yellow undertones and this made me look instantly greyish and sickly. It's also extremely thick with very full coverage ... like spackle. It doesn't moisturize at all either - in fact, the way it sits on the surface emphasizes ever pore, wrinkle and flaw. I'll stick to derma e's other products
