I have an immune system disorder which causes my facial skin to flake, crust and peel. I have only been using this cream for a short time, but it does seem to be helping my condition. It is not greasy and absorbs quickly which allows you to apply make-up immediately following the application.

The only thing that worked on my eczema was hydrocortisone cream and sometimes I needed it twice a day or the stronger rx stuff. But these drugs will eventually wreck your skin. I tried a bunch of au naturel stuff with varying degrees of success but nothing worked to get rid of flakes - until Psorzema. I got fantastic results. Love that it's unscented and comes in a fairly big jar.

The only thing I'm not in love with is that it goes on a little waxy on the face so use it at night. If you must use it twice a day (I did for first week) put on a very thin layer while your face is still wet from washing. Then let dry and put your makeup on. If you're using it somewhere other than face you don't need to worry about it. Anyway, the results are so impressive I still give it five stars. Have not tried it on psoriasis yet but for flakes it's incredible.

Have tried many creams but this one gives me results. My hands are getting better and the rash, bumps and peeling are going away. I recommend this for anyone who is having problems with eczema.

This cream is the best non-prescription alternative I've found for chronic dermatatis I have on my chest and upper back. It reduces redness and itchiness, and that helps my skin heal. Doesn't work as well as cortisone, but it's the best alternative I've found. Sometimes I use this with a little Elidel to calm things down even more. It's a nice cream, no scent, not greasy, and it really does help. It is expensive, so I try to fin it on sale.

Both my children have eczema. I applied to them but they complained that it was burning their skin. Also, it made their skin red. I wished I could find a product that is safe and worked for their skin.

I have finger eczema and was hoping that this would be a daily preventive measure to replace the greasy goop I use now. I liked it because it wasn't greasy and felt good. Unfortunately it made my eczema worse. It didn't work for me but it might for you.
