Also, the creme is very heavy and, now that the weather has turned warm, I sweat it off right away, leaving my skin unprotected. Very disappointed. Let's see if their return policy is as stated.

I bought this in hopes of reducing the appearance of pale brown sun damage spots on my face, and also tried it on my arms. Although the product did lighten my skin, the overall effect was that the brown spots appeared darker on my "less muddy" skin. Now that I have finished my experiment at the end of my first jar, I am left with more noticeable spots, particularly on my arms. It did seem to be moisturizing when first applied, but after a few hours, my forehead, and sometimes my arms, would be flaky dry.

The best I've found so far for fading spots and discolorations from sun damage. It begins working right away and using daily, within a couple of weeks my skin was evening out fast, even on my hands and neck. I use it all over on face, neck and hands because it makes my skin look flawless and smooth - pores and small lines seem to disappear and the top of my hands look 15 years younger [veins disappear!!!] - and that was a bonus I had not expected! My skin looks so much better and natural without makeup and coverups.

I started using this product two weeks ago and already I see a great improvement in my skin. Im 57 years old and was getting age spots on top of the freckled face that I already had. This product is fading my discolored skin quickly and it goes on so smooth and doesnt feel greasy at all. It goes under make-up very well, so I use it in the morning and then again before I go to bed. Its priced so reasonably that I will have no trouble affording more. I really love this product!

I have been using this product consistently for about 2 years. It works without the use of the vitamin A derivative that many other lightening creams have, which is not recommended for long term use. The key to seeing results is consistency of use = morning and night, every day. As I continue to use it, my brown spots do not get any larger, and stay faded. I also do not see any new brown spots in the area I'm treating, which is my lower arms and top of my hands.

It does seem to work as designed - gently. Too gently for my patience however so I have found this product to work best in a 2-step process: after washing my face at night, apply derma e skin lighten only to those annoying brown age-spots on my face and hands and really rub it in good. Then I use a 12% AHA over those same spots and my hands. Skin Lighten just needs a little extra boost with AHA. I've been doing this for two weeks and am seeking brown spots fading. This is a daily routine or those dark brown age-spots do come back...

I'm in the second week of treatment, doesn't see much improvement, but I know the natural formular should take more time for treatment than the hydroquinone (the compound could damage the liver). So be patient.

This really does work. I wanted to lighten some spots on my face and chest that have come from years of sun exposure (in spite of using sunscreen). I would say I used it a few weeks before I noticed results, pretty good results after 4-6 weeks, and I have kept up using it for several months. It really has drastically reduced the icky brown pigmentation that really makes you show your age. I can barely tell where the spots were. I use it as a morning moisturizer every day. It has just the right amount of moisture for me. You need to be consistent, but if you make the commitment to use it, it WILL work!
