Latley, after hitting the menopause years, my mild persistent acne ( which I have treated with proactiv for the past 11 years ) has turned to painful huge cystic acne. Even proactiv didn't help, and because my skin is so very sensitive I could only use the proactiv benzoyl peroxide treatment in small doses a few times a week. I have since been searching and searching for a natural way to cure my skin. I tried Aubrey, Juice Organics, and some home remedies. Tea Tree oil really seemed to heal my cystic bumps after they appeared, but because of my sensitivity I was not able to apply Tea Tree oil to my whole face. I saw this product and I thought I would give it a try. I get contact dermatitis a lot because of my skin sensitivites and this worked awesome on my rashes. I decided to give it a try on my sensitive, very broken out, very sore face. What a fantastic result !!! Within days my huge cystic nodules were getting smaller and hurt a lot less. I started to use the cream over my entire face every night as a night cream. I have completely stopped using any benzoyl peroxide and I can happily say after using a half of a jar ( about a month or so ) I am completely cystic acne free. I still have a few small little acne bumps, but not the painful horrible ones. I am rid of all black heads as well. In addition to this cream, I have also started to cleanse my skin with Grapefruit Seed Extract at night before applying the Derma cream. I am purchasing several other of the derma e products today. My husband has been sold on this as well for his insect bites. Thanks for such a wonderful product !!!! I was very excited about this product but the first time I put it on it burned really bad and made me whole face red for hours. It felt like I had a bad sunburn that wouldn't go away til I woke up the next morning. My face stayed red all night and was very hot to the touch. I had to walk around with an ice pack on my face to cool it down. It is also very greasy, which could be good or bad depending on your skin type, but mine is oily already and this just makes it feel very, very oily. I did not want to keep using steroid cream, so I tried this. It cleared up my rashes within a couple of days!! It is very soothing for itchy and painful rashes and works so fast! It can even be used on your face if you want to. I highly recommend this as a wonderful substitute for steroid cream. I use it on very dry areas or itchy/rashy areas. It's great for dermatitis and also awesome foot cream. Comments about derma e Tea Tree & E Antiseptic Creme, 4 oz: My son had a 1 1/2 x 2 inch burn on his arm that required antibiotics and a burn cream because it was rather angry looking. We bought this stuff because petrolatum products (Neosporin) made the spot gooey and gross, and it was taking a long time to heal. He started putting this on 3-4 times a day, and it healed up VERY fast. This was the right combination for the burn - not making it too moist, or too dry. We were amazed! Not even the prescription cream helped this much. Have not tried it for other stuff yet, but it is awesome as a first aid type of use. The vitamin E does wonders for acne scars. However, the cream has a lot of oils in it, so if you have oily or acne-prone skin (which is probably why you're interested in this), be sure not to use too much. I have very oily skin, but my hands and feet get dry and cracked. It helps tremendously. And any time I get any sort of rash or irritation, it is the cream I use right away. Her arms and legs had what appeared to be bites all over them that itched and became inflamed and infected. The doctor was unable to determine what was causing them and no amount of prescription or OTC products gave her any relief. I bought this cream after I remember that tea tree oil was the only thing that cured the eczema on her head when she was baby.
