The combination of tea tree oil and vitamin E in this product makes it antibacterial, calming, and incredibly healing. I've been using this cream for a few years now, and since derma e has switched to this lighter texture, it's suitable to use all over your face & body as a preventive measure for many skin conditions, as well as a spot treatment for blemishes, rashes or scars. Recently, my skin has become insanely sensitive, freaking out in reaction to most products, but using this cream nightly really helps keep my skin under control and clear up anything that does pop up. It's great for first aid purposes, too, and the price is reasonable. The only drawbacks I can find are the oiliness and the scent, but those are minor factors. Unless you have very dry skin, it's much better suited to being a night-time treatment. Plus, you really do get used to the smell of tea tree oil, and the scent from this cream dissipates quickly. Overall, this is a must-have product for me that has tremendously improved the condition of my skin.

I got this because it implied it was good for fighting breakouts, but I find it may actually worsen them, and is definantly not helping! This works well for dry patches such as around the nose where it gets dry after using tissues/during a cold. I would recommend something non-comedogenic. Have swtiched over to Alba bonticals acnedote 2% salicylic non-comedogenic moisturizer and started getting instant results.

Comments about derma e Tea Tree & E Antiseptic Creme, 4 oz:

Any skin irregularity causes an almost irresistible urge to pick at it. This results in my pimples and bumps becoming open and irritated. I use Tea Tree & E Antiseptic creme at night on these plus on cuts, scrapes, and fissures on my fingertips. In the morning, any inflammation or redness is gone or substantially reduced. The cream does get a little runny with time but still works well. There is a slightly unpleasant smell but I think that many people may not find it unpleasant.

Comments about derma e Tea Tree & E Antiseptic Creme, 4 oz:

I purchased this because I have frequent cold sore breakouts and acne, and I had read about the benefits of tea tree for both, and I like using natural products when I can. It didn't work great for the cold sores, but it does work well for acne. I don't use it as a facial moisturizer, but rather a spot treatment, because it is too greasy for whole face treatment (Andalou Overnight Recovery Cream is excellent at preventing my breakouts). I am on my second jar of this, and have successfully used it for bug bites, the itchy skin I get from shaving, acne, and it quickly healed really bad burn I recently had. But what has impressed me most is that after YEARS of...shall we say "bottom" problems, I decided to try this because Preparation H and half a dozen other things were not helping. Relief! This is the best hemorrhoid treatment of all of them for me, and I am glad I thought of trying it for that. And it's inexpensive comparatively speaking, the amount you get for the price vs. Prep H...very satisfied customer!

Comments about derma e Tea Tree & E Antiseptic Creme, 4 oz:

I use this product all over with great results!

I use it to help heal and sooth acne--the tea tree oil and vitamin E do a great job of speeding up healing time and reducing redness/scarring.

I also use this after bikini waxes to reduce ingrown hairs--it works great and my sensitive skin looks very healthy.

I wish it came in a smaller container for traveling.

I use this at night on my feet to treat stubborn toenail fungus and dry feet and it works great!. I slather it all over my feet, let them dry a bit, put on cotton socks and sleep. After a morning shower, I put a Tiny bit on the cuticles/nail beds of afflicted toes. You have to wait for the yucky toenails to grow out, but they grow out clear. Worked on my husband, me, and my mother. It is Rich in teatree oil so it Does smell medicinal but who cares at night.

I bought this on recomendation and it broke me out. It didn't help my husbands back, it doesn't even really help much as a foot cream (which is what I'm using it for now). It's smelly and greasy and just really expected something more. Disappointed. :(
