This product tends to provide good coverage only if it's used with something else, such as a cover stick. First, the area to be covered (bruise, spider vein, etc.) needs to be completely covered with the cover stick, then the body cover can be applied gently with a sponge. I find this is the only way this stuff works (along with the setting powder). For the expense, however, I feel this product should cover on it's own without so much difficulty. I have found that just applying it with the fingers causes too much to lift off, and the brush they recommend doesn't work so well either. It's the best I've found so far, and it does last once it's on the skin, but it needs some improvement.
