A really bad outbreak this year. Nothing the docs gave me did much. I found this on my own. It started pushing it back immediately. Great stuff! All symptoms just about gone now. Word to the wise, though: Follow the directions EXACTLY and don't ease up once you got it on the run. [$] did what $1000 worth of dermatologists couldn't.

Due to unscented nature of product - there is a slight "fishy" smell. Does seem to bring some relief to sore swollen hands.

I've used it for a couple of weeks now, but not every day, because honestly, the smell is a bit irritating. It smells fishy for a few minutes. Never had that happen with any other cream where I had to wash my hands after putting it on because it smelled so bad. The cream does relieve the itching but does nothing for the appearance of eczema on my face. I will try it a few more times and when the itching is bad, but otherwise wouldn't buy it again.

I used this on my very itchy eczema that went crazy due to the summer heat and it worked wonders. It stopped the itchiness and go rid of the bumpy skin. It smells gross when you first but it on but it quickly disapates. I wish they made a bigger tube for sensitive skin.

I've tried so many products for my severe eczema, even Chinese medicine. So far, this has been the most successful in relieving the frequent, burning itch and healing my rashes. It has a nice consistency-- not too watery or too thick like some creams-- and yet leaves a protective film on my hands that I notice only when I've washed them, which means that it lasts a very long time. I try to avoid corticosteroids because I would have to use them all the time in light of how bad my case is, so I'm glad this product is steroid free and doesn't contain any petrochemicals.

Finally a product to help my chronic eczema suffering son deal with the itch! He is only 4 1/2 and it is really hard to control the scratching. This is the first product I've tried (and we've tried MANY) that actually relieves the itch so the eczema has a chance to heal (and not get secondary infections). Fantastic!

It's true...it does have a "faint" fishy smell, but once it's dry the smell ceases, and I feel it really does work! My 4 year old get's really bad eczema on his legs, and this is the first product that seems to help!

I have eczema on my face and used this since it says it is for sensitive skin. It smells like a gross combination of fish and glue. However, I did notice that after a few hours of putting it on my face, my skin was softer and smoother. It did help heal my skin, but was gross to put on. It's worth a try and it definitely beats cortisone cream or other harsher ointments.
