I would have given this conditioner zero stars, if possible. I have never thrown away a conditioner, but this one went into the garbage. I have alot of fine long hair and it made it feel like straw. My daughter (who I bought it for) gets quite oily hair, with only washing it every-other day, and she even said she had to use another conditioner to be able to comb through her chin-length hair. We are using up the shampoo (which could use more of a lemon smell and not like furniture polish), but surely won't recommend or buy again.

      -Nature frieindly Product
-I oil my hair and scalp almost once a month or 2 for sure even then it washes and leaves no residue and oil.Otherwise also this shampoo is good for alternate day wash. or how you are accustomed too.I use their Mouth rinse as well as their Toothpaste too. Their product line is good.

Om Shanti ! Spread Peace and Love to all !

Comments about Desert Essence Conditioner for Oily Hair, Lemon Tea Tree, 8 fl oz:

I bought this conditioner because I am prone to break outs on my scalp but my hair needed some conditioning. I like the product because it smells like real lemons, you just need a dime-sized amount, and it conditions very nicely without weighing fine hair down. Imparts tons of shine. Cruelty-free, which is imperative, and it did not cause any break-outs!

This product smells great and works exactly like I would expect a conditioner to. The only problem that I've had with it is the packaging. The bottle does not come shrink wrapped like it's counterpart does. My box arrived smelling lemony fresh and saturated with conditioner. I've had the conditioner itself leak while on vacation, while the shampoo is fine. This has happened with more than one bottle from independent orders.

This conditioner doesn't smell as great as the shampoo, but it's not bad. Doesn't take a lot of product (even for my long hair) but I wish the tube was larger. Conditoner runs out before shampoo does, especially when used daily. Detangles well if you use a wide tooth comb while conditioner is in your hair. Doesn't weigh down my fine, oily hair.

This is a great product for oily hair my hair looks great and the conditioner does not weigh it down. I agree with the other comments regarding the smell though it is a bit like lemon furniture polish, but it is light and is not bothersome.

Probably my favorite shampoo/conditioner. My hair is oily; I have to wash it every day. This conditioner does an excellent job of detangling and softening without weighing down my hair. I only have to use a small dollop and work it throughout. Smells fresh and clean, as well. A definite repeat buy!

Not the best, not the worst. I liked that it didn't leave an oily or greasy residue on my hair. However, it also left a lot of frizzes and didn't detangle as well as my current all-natural conditioner. It also smelled more like lemon Pine-Sol or lemon Pledge than actual sweet lemons. My hair is also past my shoulders and fine, so I think this would work best on shorter hair. Can't say this would be good for thick hair or long hair.
