After using this cream my painfully dry hands become soft and smooth. The tube makes it easy to apply, and since it's not too big I could keep it handy to reapply throughout the day. Unfortunately I couldn't stand the overpowering scent. It's sweet and spicy and so strong that it started to give me a headache. I don't know how anyone can stand it. I wish Desert Essence hadn't ruined this fantastic hand cream with so much fragrance. I don't know what I'm going to do with the basically brand new tube now.

The cream leaves my hands smooth and soft. However, the smell is very strong, sort of vanilla and licorice but not quite either. I won't buy it again because of the fragrance.

convenient size, like the scent, I have to wash my hands a lot and try to moisterize every time.I also garden, and I live in a very dry climate.A little goes a long way and it is not greasy feeling. Nice lotion.

My hand skin is "aging",,,,,,I've bought the most expensive stuff out there and it never worked! Now this product is so reasonably priced AND actually works! helps w/the elasticity of my skin and softens it. Give it a week's try for results ! Really good smell too!

First off, this cream does not moisturize. I wash my hands frequently so I need a cream that delivers. This does not, so I must supplement it with Eucerin. The smell is a nice novelty, pumpkin and licorice, and makes it a fun cream to use (especially as we're heading into pumpkin time of year), but if I get any of it on the underside of my wrists or arms, it makes me itch. (I can and do, however, use it on my outer arms as I enjoy the smell, and follow up with Eucerin.) The main reason I bought it was because it purports to help fade skin discolorations, which has not happened for me yet (have been using about two weeks) so I'll use up the tube before I conclude one way or the other if it has helped with that -- it hasn't yet. I'm not sure how it has so many rave reviews -- are my hands really that much drier than everyone else's? The water is terrible here that comes out of the faucet, so maybe that has something to do with it. I sure love the idea of an all-natural skin moisturizer but just haven't found one in cream form that performs as promised!

I love this hand cream! My 6 year old daughter fell on her face at school and came home with this huge scrape around her right eye. This was one week before she was to be the flower girl at my nieces wedding. I could not find the antibiotic ointment in the house. So,I used my hand cream. By the time the wedding came you couldn't even tell that she had a scrape.

I wasn't crazy about this hand cream. The scent was like ginger and black licorice, and it was kind of masculine smelling. It wasn't a greasy cream, but at the same time it didn't moisturize the backs of my hands enough.

I have eczema on my hands and I apply hand cream every two hours or so. This is the best of all the hand creams I've tried. It absorbs immediately but still manages to moisturize as well as or better than anything else. It also smells wonderful; in fact my only problem with this product is that my coworkers are constantly asking to use some.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST hand cream, "hands downs"; it effectively moisturizes and fades spots & freckles on the hand. I am "addicted" to this pumpkin hand repair cream! My hands are noticeably improved; in fact, dramatically improved! I have used hand cream products that address age spots and freckles using hydroquinone 2.0% as the active ingredient. And the hydroquinone is a STINKY ingredient so perfumes were employed to cover the smell. This pumpkin hand cream is a bargain!
