I had been using Desert Essence's green apple volumizing shampoo and was fairly happy with it, but decided to give the red raspberry for shine shampoo a test. Well, simply put, it's now my favorite shampoo of all time!!! Not only does my hair have noticeable shine, it actually has more body than it got from the volumizing shampoo. The smell is heavenly (I love raspberries) and my hair is that amazing combo of soft but full. All my other shampoos are going to the back of the closet. I also use the Raspberry conditioner once or twice a week and it's a great partner for this shampoo.

I purchased Desert Essence Red Raspberry shampoo and conditioner recently after a friend's recommendation. While I really, really like the scent of this product, I was very disappointed in the quality. Instead of leaving my hair soft and shiny - as promised - my hair was noticeably drier than usual, and ended up with a really dry, raspy texture, even when air dried.

Wonderful shampoo!!! My hair is shiny and soft after using this shampoo. Ive tried the lemon one for oily hair and it doesn't compare to the raspberry! By far my favorite shampoo yet

Comments about Desert Essence Shampoo for Shine Enhancement, Red Raspberry, 8 fl oz:

Love the scent! This shampoo lathers great with no irritation to my scalp afterwards. It does impart a great shine and lots of volume. I have the Green Apple & Ginger as well. I switch back and forth but my favorite overall is the Rasberry. It is well worth the money!
