I blend in a mini drink mixer (purchased here at drugstore) with crushed ice, 8 oz milk and a banana and I get a great tasting, smooth (not chaulky at all) protein smoothie for breakfast that keeps me satisifed all the way to lunch. I've now got a second blender and supply of Designer Whey for the office when there's no time for lunch! I sometimes add a tsp of instant expresso granules and I get a delicious coffee shake! I love the vanilla because you can be creative with different flavorings like strawberries, chocolate syrup. The strawberry designer whey is soooo good too! It is more subtle than a lot of the other brands. The powder is a little grainy so it needs a little extra mixing. I use it all the time to boost the protein in milkshakes and smoothies. Pros
