I also use it after power lifting work outs or whenever I need a protein with a meal that does not contain one. I use the chocolate flavor, It really tastes rich and good, and mixes really easily and is not chalky at all and also satisfies my sweet cravings but is really low on sugar. Its an easy on the go meal replacement as well. I highly recommend this product. I wish I could find the On-the-Go packaging for the chocolate flavor, that would be perfect. For now, I toss it into a shaker cup, fill with cold water and shake. The cup is from a slushee making machine I picked up at [...] for $9.
