This protein is easy to mix and tastes great. I use skin milk and don't have any problem with the taste. Highly recommend and try the Vanilla flavor too!

The nutritional label reads like a dieter's dream...low-fat, low-carb, low-calorie, high in protein and calcium. Unfortunately this tastes like chalk and also has a chalky consistency. Very little flavor. I would not buy again.

Not sure what the taste is...maybe cardboard? Definitely not chocolate!!! The Vanilla is pretty good tasting (even though it does not taste like Vanilla...more like something sweetish but not too sweet, I do love the vanilla!
It's a bit grainy but absolutely manageable, drink it every day now and love it (Vanilla..).

I bought this and the Vanilla based on the great reviews, and both products are terrible. They mix well, but have a chalky taste. I will never buy this product again.

I make a serving 2 days a week to replace breakfast and this really does a good job of tiding me over until noon or later. It's easy to mix (just shake), has a good consistency and taste and it's nutrirional stats are great (hardly any sugar or fat!). I'm about 1/2 way thru the can and only had 4 servings from it so I'll figure value at the end of the container. I'll try vanilla next. I wish they made it in a liquid, already mixed, ready to drink formula for being on the go.

I add one scoop to my coffee every morning! This eliminates the need for sugar or creamer for me!
