This is a great diaper cream to relieve diaper rash and prevent further. The creamy formula is even better than the original in my opinion, since it is easier to wipe off. This large jar has lasted 2 years with daily use. A great deal on a great product.
I first heard of this from my dad who used Desitin during Vietnam on his massive amounts of burns on his back. He recommended it to me for my eczema on my legs and there is nothing that I found that works better. Once I put it on, the itchiness immediately subsided. I now start carrying it around in case my eczema gets dry or uncomfortable during the day.
Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged
