I switched to max strength Desitin from Butt Paste because if has more zinc & my daughter needed all the help she could get. Her poor lil butt was getting horrendous painful diaper rash almost instantly after she pooped. It does work well, but I hate the smell & once you get some of this on your clothes, its not going aways till you launder them.

My son got diaper rash when the nurses at a hospital didnt take care of my son well. Luckily I ordered this product few weeks back and I used it when I saw the rash. Rash went off by 3 day. Very effective. Highly recommend.

My kids have tender skin, and we use this at every diaper change. It can be messy, especially when the kid starts squirming, but it is much better than facing diaper rash.

I got this stuff for my daughter's bad rash. It works and did help clear it up. However, it has COD LIVER OIL in it! They add fragrance to try to mask the fish odor but I hate fish and I can still detect it. The tube says "pleasantly scented" They tried but it still stinks. It even left a load of her baby clothes with a fish odor. I only use this now for a bad case, not everyday use. Even then, use this cream when you plan on staying home and putting your child in clothes you don't mind getting tainted with smell.

This is the only cream I can recommend for sensitive newborn skin!!
We tried every natural/organic cream on the market that are highly recommended but nothing beat this one in treating & preventing diaper rash!

There is no better diaper cream. Desitin is the best out there!
I have tried them all. It works for my baby with sensitive skin.
It also does wonders to help heal sore adults after colonoscopy
preps and bouts with stomach distress. It works very quickly and easily. The only advice I would give is don't leave it in a hot
car or room - it melts easily and is not a quick clean up when
it does.

A friend recommended the following "concoction" for my mother to prevent her from developing a bed sore: 2 tsp. Desitin mixed with 1/2 tsp. Caldesene powder---->apply (using a disposable glove) a THIN coating 2xdaily.

It's working like a charm. Be warned: it is difficult to remove from whatever you stir the ingredients together with, and you need a lot of soap & water to remove it from your hands.

This was a much more cost-effective way to purchase the Desitin.
