As someone on a diet who frequently doesn't plan meals ahead (especially breakfast), I was hoping this would be a great meal replacement. It has a lot less sugar than most protein bars which I really appreciate. However, the sucralose flavor is a bit strong. Not terrible. If you're used to "diet" foods, you might not even notice. But the after-taste is a bit stronger than I expected. That said, I love the chewy, chocolate and caramel flavor which is a real treat to someone watching their calories. I'm going to keep a few of these on hand for meal emergencies.
