I use the cream on my hands because of lack of any moisture in my hands. They have always been extremely dry where the skin peals off or in cold weather they have small cracks in them.
I also use this cream on my arms and of course legs because due to old age they are wrinkled and no matter how many products I had tried before none gave me the moisture that I needed.
It's the Arginine HCI that does such a beautiful thing to my skin since I guess my body does not make enough of its own.
I love this cream but for the Ben-Gay smell so I only use it at night
but who cares, my 3 four-legged babies don't mind.

I didn't notice anything special about this cream. There are some diabetic foot creams that really work well and are extra moisturizing, but this just seemed like a normal cream packaged for diabetics.

I am a Type 2 diabetic and have been for seven years. This foot cream works wonders on my dry heels and calluses and otherwise dry feet. I have some numbness in my heels and this cream helps to alleviate the symptoms. It keeps my feet soft.
