I started the dots to curb my cravings for sweets and they begin working immediately after I eat three tablets with a glass of water. My hunger disappears for 3-4 hours at least. The taset is not bad at all. The only side effect is major thirst, which is great because it seemed to replace hunger and cravings for sweets. I have definitely been able to lower my food intake and decrease my portion sizes dramatically. It is recommended that you drink a glass of water with 3 dots each time you take them and you should drink 10- 8 oz glasses of water per day, which was easy to do because of my increased thirst- and I was not a big water drinker before starting the dots. Great price, great product. I will purchase another bottle when this one is done.

not worth buying ....I left a poor review prior and do not see it so thought I would leave another. Most of the reviews look positive and I find that odd.

I have about 10 pounds I need/want to lose. This time around I've had a very hard time controlling my appetite. A friend recommended Diet Dots, and for such a low price I decided to try them. I'm not sure they are really doing what they are supposed to do. Taken before meals, I don't feel any change in my appetite. The first day I took them I noticed increased energy, but haven't since. However, after dinner if I start craving a snack, I'll chew three of the Diet Dots and drink the water and it seems to stop me from needing to snack.

This product has made me quite well and lowered pounds in three weeks and I have removed the craving every so often I like is really good.

Bought this product in the hope it would help with curbing my appetite which increases the more I exercise. Unfortunately, this had no effect on me at all. No jitters, but no appetite suppression either. The taste of the chewable pills is nasty too.
