I have been using this for about a month and am having very good results with it. I am having daily movements, and the inflammation in my colon is gone. Make sure you take it everyday, dont skip any days, it started working for me about the 4th day, and has been working ever since. Drugstore.com is the only place I can find this product. Comments about Digestive Advantage Daily Constipation Formula, Capsules, 30 ea: I suffer from fibromyalgia and, therefore, also suffer from the side effects of chronic use of pain medications. I tried this product after trying a probiotic from the same company. The probiotic really didn't work, but this stuff did! I take one capsule twice daily and it has definitely consistently worked. Without this product, I faced having to reduce the dose of my pain medication (tramadol) to a less effective dose. Doing that would have greatly impacted my quality of life. Part of my problem is I take prescription diuretics, so that causes trouble on top of just being a normally constipated person. Anyway, it does seem to be helping with regularity and with softening of the stool, and it's much easier and less expensive than having to eat Activia every day! I've not noticed side effects such as the cramping that stool softeners cause.
