Because I had 2 open heart surgeries and take lot of medications, they cause
Extreme gas/bloating/burping I used so many over the counter medications
like mylanta, gasX,beano and prescriptio medications like Protonix and what not.
Nothing was helping

Every day is a torture because whatever I eat caused gas especially bananas,
bell peppers and spicy Foods, rice etc. I hated eating at one point. recently,
I got this "digestive advantage" and tried. I got nice bowl movement (bye bye colace)
with this but gas /bloating was still there.

Finally, I saw in some website to swallow "CARAWAY SEEDS"( as suggested
in Dr. OZ show) or CUMIN SEEDS ( you can Get in any Indian stores, Walmart...)
with hot/warm water. Since cumin seeds were available near my indian store,
I started taking 2 tea spoon of CUMIN seeds(just swallow or chew ) in empty
stomach With warm water 10-15 mins before taking any of my medication.
I continued the same Mantra (of taking 2 tea spoons cumin seeds with
hot/warm water) before breakfast, again before lunch, before snack, before dinner. Surprise surprise NO GAS/bloating. My husband is very happy since it is very
effective , has no side effects and I now have lot of energy.

I even tried my favourite banana just 2 bites ( had my mantra of swallowing
2 tea spoons of cumin seeds with hot/warm water.)
And 1/4 peice green bell pepper (which I never had in past like 2-3 years). NO GAS/BLOATING.

Everyone, PLEASE PLEASE Try this CUMIN SEEDS/ CARAWAY SEEDS
and stop using over the counter stuff for these digestive Problems. I will be glad,
if it helps people like me suffering from extreme gas/bloating/burping.

I have had extensive bloating, especially having to wake up with it out of a sound sleep for many years until coming across Schiff Digestive Advantage Gas Defence Formula a few months ago. Now I can have a good night's sleep thanks to this product. I would like to add it was not the federal government that made such a good product, but the incentive for making a profit under a free market system for which our federal government seems to be against at the present time.

I started using Digestive Advantage a couple of years ago and it has made a huge difference. I now take it twice a day and it prevents the majority of my gas symptoms. I still occasionally need to take other gas relief medications, but Digestive Advantage prevents the majority of my problems. I would definitely recommend it.
