Had stomach IBS problems..going back and forth to the drs..cramping/stomach pains/nausea/sweats/dry heaves..had all kinds of tests and nothing showed up. IBS was diagnosed. Special diet to follow and watch closely what to eat and not eat.. Then I started using this product over the counter and it helped me. Now I can eat almost anything. Could not find this product any more at the drugstores so I was told about Drugstore.com and now in the past 3 years I only had an attack no more than 3 times. I used to get an attack almost one each month, sometimes twice and had to stay home from work. I do watch certain foods just to be on the safe side...
So, thank you so much. Don't know what I would do without these pills.

I've been diagnosed with IBS this past fall and was told to take this with imodium everyday. This regime works ok but doesn't completely get rid of my symptoms. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I did get a lot of gas in the first week of taking, but generally that went away until I have a diarrhea attack. Then, it doesn't reduce the gas the next day at all. This regime has helped in that I don't get diarrhea every day anymore, but it can still happen weekly. But, the bloating I was experiencing is pretty well gone except for the days I have diarrhea. So, I continue to take it since I feel a little better. But, it's definitely not a cure-all.

As an IBS sufferer, I use this as well as the prescription Amitiza. I did the research and presented to my doctor. She had no problem in letting me try the combination, and it works for me.

Using this product elimates the need to take Lactose tablets with every serving of dairy. It has also elimated the gas problems I was having. Easy to use as you only have to take one a day.

I have IBS and am going from one extreme to the other and since using this product am beginning to become more regular (whatever that really is). I believe this product takes time to get into your system but so far I am pleased with what is happening to my system.

This is the first probiotic that I have tried. The price was reasonable. It took a few days for the product to kick in, but once it did my abdominal pain subside and my GI tract seemed to be more balanced.

I was surprised that these capsules work, but they really seem to help my irritable bowel symptoms. Not complete elimination (so to speak) but better than anything else I have tried! I only wish they were sold in jars rather than blister pack sheets.

I take a pill each day and two a day when I travel abroad. This is the first product that actually relieves my IBS symptoms and works as good as Activia yogurt. I can't live without this great product!!

I have used this product daily for the 18 months and found it to be effective in reducing the discomfort of gas and bloating. However, it is now necessary to take this medication twice a day to get the same results, and you must take the medication daily or the results quickly dissapate. I will be looking for other alternatives soon as it is too expensive for me to keep up the twice a day dosage. I do recommend for those who are seeking relief from the symptoms described.
Upon initial use, it may take 7 to 14 days for you to feel the product working. Consistent, daily use is needed to maintain results. Some gas and bloating may occur during the first few days as your digestive system adjusts to the friendly probiotics.
Adults: Take one capsule daily with water. Some adults may benefit from taking 2 or more capsules daily. Capsule may be opened and contents sprinkled into food or drink.
Children 5 years and over: For children it is recommended that one capsule be opened and contents mixed into a cold drink, oatmeal, applesauce or other food. Consult your pediatrician for further information.
