IBS was diagnosed. Special diet to follow and watch closely what to eat and not eat.. Then I started using this product over the counter and it helped me. Now I can eat almost anything. Could not find this product any more at the drugstores so I was told about Drugstore.com and now in the past 3 years I only had an attack no more than 3 times. I used to get an attack almost one each month, sometimes twice and had to stay home from work. I do watch certain foods just to be on the safe side... This regime works ok but doesn't completely get rid of my symptoms. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I did get a lot of gas in the first week of taking, but generally that went away until I have a diarrhea attack. Then, it doesn't reduce the gas the next day at all. This regime has helped in that I don't get diarrhea every day anymore, but it can still happen weekly. But, the bloating I was experiencing is pretty well gone except for the days I have diarrhea. Best Uses Comments about Schiff Digestive Advantage Intensive Bowel Support, Capsules, 32 ea: I have used Sustenex for years and it's been a great product. But Schiff recently changed the formula and the name and now "Digestive Advantage" does not work at all!! The previous dosage was 1 capsule per day, and now it is 2 or more per day for the same price. And did I mention that it does not work at all?? I have been taking 3 per day and it might as well be sawdust. Save your money and stay away.  Pros

I take at LEAST 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in evening. More if needed. It certainly holds my symptoms in check. I have suffered for many years before finding this product and am very glad I found it. I take it EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Onece you ahve suffered the pain of IBS, you never want to be without a product that can stop all the discomfort and pain. Pros
