These are the only "water pills" that don't make me feel dehydrated like my electrolytes are low. Others, including prescription, made me feel dizzy and sort of like my blood sugar was too low. These have not done that. They are great for "that time of the month". I don't take them every 6 hours, although you can. I take one at breakfast and one in early afternoon so the effects can wear off before bedtime. I am drinking plenty of water and diet soda plus making sure I get some fruits or veggies so my potassium doesn't drop too low. Just 2 pills a day are enough for the pretty extreme bloating I get for a couple days of the month. I would recommend these.

Great product for shedding water weight from PMS or overconsumption of alcohol and salty foods. I take one after my morning meal, and I'm urinating all day, without compromising my electrolytes. I've tried prescription water pills that did nothing for me. This is the water pill gold standard.

For mild water retention - be certain to take pill/capsule/tablet with a full glass of water as recommended in dosing information on package.
Still controlable elimination but reduces excess water in system when needed.
Use for my young adult handiabled client for monthly cyclical mild water retention.

This product does the trick for me when I'm retaining fluid or bloated from too much salty food or that time of the month. I use it frequently and have not had any side effects. I cant find it in stores so I order a couple of boxes at a time. I've tried Pamprin and it works too but makes me very drowsy which is fine if you're going to take it at night but for daytime this product is the answer.

I am a dancer. Sometimes I bloat up so much I can't fit into my costumes well. This works like a charm to alleviate the bloating. I wouldn't want to use it on a daily basis, but it works when I need it.
