I do wash my face after coming in from the sun, (and then apply regular DML) especially if I have had any perspiration bead up. I break out easily. I have tried others, natural adn organic sunscreens, and I have returned to this one as it works best on my skin and offers good protection. Because regular DML has no sunscreen, I thought I'd try DML Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 25. Although this moisturizer is non-irritating, helps to lubricate and soften the skin, and is an effective sunscreen, it is too heavy for hot summer days. I feel as though my pores can't breathe as well when I use this product. I would prefer a lighter sunscreen, but it is very hard to find such products that don't irritate my skin. I'll keep looking. I would get eczema around my mouth and eyes for years, and still get it on my hands when I'm not careful. After going through the allergy test, I found out that I am allergic to parabens, formaldehyde, fragrance and many other ingredients in store bought lotions. After switching the products I use, I have not had any issues. This is one of the products I love, and got a sister hooked on since she was having similar issues. I will not use anything else on my face. It is a bit heavy like others have said, but I'll take that over having to use topical steroids to keep eczema at bay. I was so happy to find it at drugstore.com vs. having to order it through a local pharmacy. When it goes on sale, I stock up. Pros
