I have Eczema and in two days I can have my hands looking and feeling great. I would definately give it a try if you have painful chapped and cracked hands. The thing I love the most is no fragrance which can really irritate my skin. I mostly use this at night ad use the dml moisturizing lotion through out the day.

i HAD VERY DRY HANDS. THEY WOULD BLEED IF TOUCHED . i READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS HAND/BODY CREAM. i HAD NEVER HEARD OF THIS CREAM. BUT OMG! WHAT A FANTASTIC PRODUCT. AFTER I USED IT FOR 3 DAYS MY HANDS HEALED. i THEN STARTED TO USE IT ON MY ARMS, LEGS, NECK AND CHEST. EVERYTHING IMPROVED! AMAZING PRODUCT. I WISH IT CAME IN A BIGGER SIZE. I received a sample at a Doctor's office and was amazed at how quickly the roughness and cracks on my feet were healed. It also works well on your hands - Could not find it in my local stores - finally found it on Drugstore.com - this is the first product that really works for me.

This is the only product that keeps my hands from chapping and feeling sore from cold weather. I have extremely dry skin and cuticles. I keep a tube by my sink, bed and in the car.

I'm 37 with dry winter skin all over my face and body - normally I just have combination skin. Thought this would be great because it says face and body. I've tried both after a cool shower (cool is better than hot for dry skin). On my face, I got instant improvement that lasted 24 hours before I saw cracking and flaking re-appearing. On my body, I saw very little instant improvement, and by the end of first day, itching, cracking and flaking reappeared as if I had applied nothing. I've read for dry skin, try to shower Infrequently because it worsens it. And to maintain a soft supple face between showers, this has to be applied to face every 24 hours. I don't bother with it on my body any more. For face alone though, this product is a GREAT value - I've paid much more for worse results on my face. So overall, I'm really glad I found it and will continue to use it on my face for winter dryness.
