I was searching for a very basic lotion that I could use both on my body and to moisturize my acne-prone skin on my face. DML was recommended to me on a skin care forum and I must say it has fit the bill perfectly. I love the short ingredient list and that is has no fragrance. I also love that it comes in a huge 16 ounce bottle that makes it very economical to use all over. It's very lightweight, it absorbs quickly, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky or damp. It's probably not moisturizing enough for very dry skin, but for light, everyday moisture, it is perfect.

I use this as a daytime cream. I also use DML Forte for my nite time along with this. It works well together. I can have my hands totally healed in two days. If you have painful chapped and cracked hands this will work great for you.

A doctor recommended DML a number of years ago when I had a rash on my skin. I have used it ever since as I have sensitive skin.

I have severe eczema and this is the only lotion I have been able to use and not get irritated. I use after shower and before make-up and bed.

This is good stuff - doesn't irritate my skin and is absorbed quickly. The most recent bottle I bought had a defective pump - maddening!! I just hope that if I re-order, the pump will work.

I found DML at a time my eczema was at its worst, but now that my eczema is mostly gone I still use it religiously. It is fragrance-free and leaves no oily or creamy feeling whatsoever. It is perfect for people who cannot tollerate perfumy products and need a basic, straightforward and extremely effective moisturizer.

DML is one of those things in my life that I hope never goes out of production because it fills my needs so perfectly.

I completely recommend it for people with sensitive skin.

I have been using this for years. I need a lotion that doesn't upset my skin. I have eczema and need to put on a lotion after hand washing and showering. This has been perfect. I also use it on my face around my eyes and the dry places along the hairline.
