This is good stuff - doesn't irritate my skin and is absorbed quickly. The most recent bottle I bought had a defective pump - maddening!! I just hope that if I re-order, the pump will work.

I found DML at a time my eczema was at its worst, but now that my eczema is mostly gone I still use it religiously. It is fragrance-free and leaves no oily or creamy feeling whatsoever. It is perfect for people who cannot tollerate perfumy products and need a basic, straightforward and extremely effective moisturizer.

DML is one of those things in my life that I hope never goes out of production because it fills my needs so perfectly.

I completely recommend it for people with sensitive skin.

I have been using this for years. I need a lotion that doesn't upset my skin. I have eczema and need to put on a lotion after hand washing and showering. This has been perfect. I also use it on my face around my eyes and the dry places along the hairline.

I started on this lotion because my mom was diagnosed with diabetes and stasis dermatitis. We were told that this is the lotion that she needed to use on her legs. It will help relieve the pain with her peripheral neuropathy as well. She tends to have really, really dry skin on her feet and legs. Trust me when I say I have tried every lotion, cream, etc out there. This stuff sinks in quickly without being greasy and really gets to the dry/dead skin. I put it on her once a day and she longer has dry/dead skin. The skin on her legs don't even look as thin as they had been. So very pleased with this product. In fact this is the only place I have found that sells it in the quantity. I now am using it and am so pleased with it.

This product was reccomended by my husband's physician for excisive dry skin, especially on his hands, where he had red, deep cracks on the tops of his knuckles. My husband has a DML pump dispenser at his bedside, kitchen sink, office and in a portable container in a day pack making it easy for him to use all the time. DML has done the job well. Not only has his hand condition cleared up, so his confidence has improved, because his skin condition was embarassing. I tried it and love it. I had never seen it before or heard of it. I use it as an all body moistuizer. It has no perfumey smell, disappears quick and feels great.

I use Finacea for my rosacea and my skin gets so tight that sometimes it feels like plastic wrap is stretched over my face. I mix a pea sized drop into my regular sunscreen and my skin is INSTANTLY hydrated and stays hydrated all day. A little goes a long way, don't overdo it. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to finally find a product that is affordable, fragrance-free, suitable for acne prone sensitive skin and works wonders. I hope they never discontinue or change this product, it's amazing. It also works very well as a body moisturizer, especially in rough areas like knees, elbows and heels. The only down side is that it is a little tacky while it's being absorbed, so I would advise you wait 10-15 minutes before applying makeup.
