In the past week, I've noticed an improvement in my rosacea. My case is mild and the redness can easily be covered with cosmetics. But now there is hardly any red to cover! The overall skin tone on my face has evened out as well and some light wrinkles appear less obvious. The only change has been the addition of this product. So I assume that's what has done it. I will definitely keep on using this! My doctor stressed that I start taking Vit. D supplements. I found these were on sale, and had a dose that I could easily manipulate to my own needs. I didn't notice any specific difference that this made, but he assures me that all adults need increased levels of D3, and a daily dose of 2000 IU is a sufficiant amount to accomplish what is needed for optimum function in our busy lives.
