It is by far more superior to antidepressants, but I've found that it must be used in combination with a specifically coenzyme formula of B complex, only available at certain health food stores. She recommended it however another brand that was FDA approved. I couldn't ever find the other brand and started taking this. I can tell the difference. I seem to have more energy and I feel better when taking it. I hope it works for you! I figure its better than taking another chemical into my body.. Pros

The doctor recently put me on a medication that was combination for depression and fibromyalgia. So I decided I did not want to take it any longer. I was looking for an alternative medication that I could take with confidence and still receive results. With Sam-e I found everything I am looking for and more. I have noticed a difference and my family has noticed a difference. I will continue taking this. I love this product and I am glad to have found it. Pros

My moods were great during the day but come night time, I was a mess. I fell asleep easily but within 2 hours of going to bed I was wide awake for several hours. I tried this product for 2 weeks and finally just had to stop taking them and revive my sleep. After stopping them, my sleep is back to normal. I would be willing to try SAMe again but maybe a different strength. I really did feel good while taking it! Pros

I forgot to take it about three days and really noticed a difference. It can make you feel sleepy so I usually take it at night. Pros

I suffer from fibromyalgia and this has helped me a great deal. I wish I would have learned about it earlier. I have been taking it now for about two months and feel so much better. I have tried alot of different supplements but this seems to be the best!
