I call this my Sunday night supplement. When I sleep in on Saturday and Sunday mornings, I sometimes can't fall asleep when I should on Sunday night. If I don't get a good night's sleep on Sunday, I wake up to my alarm Monday morning and drag around all day due to insufficient sleep. So I take one of these Sunday night around 20 minutes before I want to go to sleep, and Bingo!, I usually get to sleep on time. If it doesn't work w/i a half-hour, I then take the enhanced tryptophan and that does the trick. No more draggy Mondays and no unhealthy medication!
Chew one tablet at bedtime. Place tablet in the mouth and allow to dissolve slowly. Do not take more than two tablets daily unless recommended by your physician.
