I call this my Sunday night supplement. When I sleep in on Saturday and Sunday mornings, I sometimes can't fall asleep when I should on Sunday night. If I don't get a good night's sleep on Sunday, I wake up to my alarm Monday morning and drag around all day due to insufficient sleep. So I take one of these Sunday night around 20 minutes before I want to go to sleep, and Bingo!, I usually get to sleep on time. If it doesn't work w/i a half-hour, I then take the enhanced tryptophan and that does the trick. No more draggy Mondays and no unhealthy medication!
