I use Strontium in addition to my cal/mag supplement at different times of the day. It's easy to swallow and no problem with or without food. I am hoping that my next bone density improves with this product. For the time being, I'm hoping for the best! When that time comes, I'll be sure to repost my comment.

Unbelievable! I had read that this natural mineral can help to stave off bone loss, and even possibly help to build back bone density. I started taking it a year and a half ago, 2 each morning on an empty stomach (recommended). Didn't want to take the prescription drugs, as there have been showing lots of adverse side effects. Went for a bone density test last month, and the results were astounding! I had regained bone density! An increase of 5% in both hips and spine. I was amazed! However, my doctor tells me this is not unusual with others who take this wonderful mineral. Why would anyone resort to taking those prescription drugs if you could take this, with no side effects, and unbelievable results!!?? Take calcium and vitamin D also, but NOT at the same time.

I started using strontium after my last bone density test about two years ago, which showed osteoporosis, because I was afraid to take the osteoporosis drugs. I had a bone density test today - spine bone density increased 6.9 percent, and hip bone density increased 4.5 percent.

I am an over 60 year old female confined to a wheelchair for the last 17 years, all of which has led to severe osteoporosis. I started using Strontium Bone Maker about 4 years ago at my doctor's suggestion. I take two capsules daily and also take at a separate time Calcium, Vitamin D3 and K2 plus other supplements. Each year I have a Bone Density scan and each year I have improved. Before taking the Strontium I was taking Calcium, Vitamin D and other supplements but was progressively worse each year. I attribute my steady reversal of osteoporosis to the Strontium and I am most grateful.

I read about this in a health magazine I read in a doctors office. First time I became aware of this suppliment. I ordered it and have been using it for about a month now. The first week of taking it I noticed I was achy but that soon passed and I feel great. I had surgery in my shoulder over a year ago and chronically have pain there. Since I have been taking this the pain has reduced a lot. I am in my 50's and typically suffer from aches and stiffness but that has been improving since taking this suppliment.

I use this product to compliment the calcium supplement and vitamin D. I do not take it at the same time as the calcium as it interferes with the absorbing of the calcium.
