Our large mixed breed has been plagued with aches/pains since he showed up (as a very young pup) on our doorstep 5 years ago. He could barely get up from napping without visible pain. Since he's been eating 'happy hips' he has more energy and obviously little or no pain. As an added benefit, his chronic problem with his rear-end glands (they wouldn't allow me to use the word that sounds like 'renal') has disappeared. We've had to take him to the vet in the past to get his glands drained and now he is so much healthier and happier! I am so glad to have found this product.

I was hesitant to buy the Lamb & Rice since my dog was ecstatic about the Dogswell Chicken and Duck, and didn't know if he would like the Lamb & Rice. Bought it anyway and he absolutely loves them! It's like he found a long lost friend. He's always super excited to get his Chicken and Duck Treats, and shows sheer ecstasy when given a Lamb & Rice. I disagree with the review saying it's a bad product and to "beware". Not sure why her dogs' experience was so different from mine, but try it out for yourself (or rather, for your dog).

My dogs used to love this product. But the manufacturer has changed its processing or ingredients. The latest chews I bought are far darker in color and smell bad. My dogs won't go near them.

My dog is my son...and make no mistake, he is a diva! With that being said, he loves this treat. He is a small guy, who is very active, we walk twice a day, even in the snow:) He loves "chewy" and soft treats and if you over reward like I do, this is guilt free. I just break it into halves and they are so thick, he doesn't care. Must have, I buy them two bags at a time.

Our dogs just love them. They are Toy Poddles. Because of the cost of the product they only get one strip per day at 8pm each evening and if I fotget to get it for them they are at my side until they get their treat.

The Happy Hips treats are happily eaten by my older dog who needs hip reinforcement. She tends to swallow things without chewing, but can't do that with these. Even the poodles of my friend, who are very finicky eaters, love them.
