I have fine, thin hair and have found this product to leave my hair feeling greasy. So I have taken to putting it on at night and washing it out in the morning. It does ease the tightness I feel on my scalp and it seems to have made my hair stronger, more resilient and less prone to breakage. It didn't matter how little of the product I applied after shampooing, my hair always felt grimy afterwards. Overall though, it is a good product and the benefits are positive.

I am a white girl and this stuff rocks! A tiny amount goes a long way. I had the worst spot on my scalp that was dry and itchy with dandruff. I have tried everything, and finally I found something that works. Just a dab on the tips of your fingers is enough to rub on your scalp. If you use more than that it will make you hair oily. However, if you have time give your scalp a little extra and go to bed, and in the morning after washing your hair, your scalp will be itch free.

This is my first experience with any type of hair oil and I really like this product. I put it on my scalp and hair before blow drying and it leaves my hair full and shiny.

I have fine hair (caucasion) and i bought it for my boyfriend who has itch scalp and thinning hair. I ended up using it for myself. He thought it was too greasy for him.
I use just a little on my fingertips to rub in my scalp. It is very soothing. It can get too oily... If you use a lot.....a little goes a long way. ....so I sommetimes will use it as a night time treatment. Or I may put a large amount on before I workout....knowing I will shower later. I get a little dandruff sometimes...and this eliminates it....I beleive the tea tree oil ingredient helps...and it stopes the itch.

The oil is not thick and very much like your natural skin oils. The smell is not overwhelming. The only con is that it does not have a top...or it did not come with one. Once you snip the tip off the applicator you are on your own. I bent a paper clip and placed it in the small opening.
