I bought this because I live in Florida and have a pool. I was hoping to prevent/help frizz from sun/pool chemicles and prevent damage. I used it the first day and my hair was a greasy mess. I tried less the second day, same thing. On the third day I used a nickle sized amount for my very long hair and it was still flat and oily. The frouth day, I threw it in the trash.
