She is now turning 3, and we still use this every time she needs to go potty away from home. It has been a lifesaver! She doesn't have to grab a toilet seat or hold my hands when she sits on it. It covers the yucky toilet seats and helps protect her from germs. It sets up and folds down very quickly and easily. It came with a plastic storage bag, which quickly ripped, so I just keep it in a large ziploc bag in my purse. It's also easy to wipe down with a cleaning wipe after use. It usually stays in place on the toilets very well, as long as my daughter sits pretty still. If she starts to wiggle excessively or bounces, the folding joints can flex and pinch her skin. But she has learned that as long as she doesn't do this, she will be fine! In all, it has been wonderful and a great bargain at this price! One note: ours has the Tinkerbell design (not Dora), which we found at a huge chain discount store for the same price (you can guess which store: owned by the Waltons!). VS Most Liked Negative Review Not good for us We used this for the travel potty seat, it slipped out of place & scared my daughter & she wouldn't use it. We now just take a regular sized one-piece potty topper. This one needs better rubber "footings" on the bottom of it to stay in place. Comments about Dora Let's Go Folding Potty Seat, Dora the Explorer, 1 ea: My two year old broke the piastic frame that attaches the seat to the foam the first day. She plays with our other portable potty all the time but that hasn't broke yet. It is very light and Hana really likes the design (and thus motivated to use it) Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about Dora Let's Go Folding Potty Seat, Dora the Explorer, 1 ea: This is an amazing product, now I will agree with the other mom I didn't know the carrying bag was just a plastic bag. But simple fix I use Hefty zip lock bag with the zipper and it works fine. My lil one started potty training at 12M and she has a full potty seat on the big toilet at home. However i wanted something for sanitation and continues potty training for public use and this is incredible. SHE WAS OVERWHELMED BEING D0RA AND SHE SO WANTED TO USE THE BIG POTTY; SHE CLIMBED UP HER STEP STOOL AND AS SHE SAT DOWN THE SIDE FOLD OUT PINCHED HER BEHIND AND NOW SHE SAYS THE DORA IS BAD! WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY SHE HAD TO GO THROUGH THAT AND ON HER BIRTHDAY. (1 of 2 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful?
