Can't help tangles. I cant even feel smooth when applying on! Even Pantane can do a better job than this. I was excited because of their body wash, but disappointed by their conditioner.

This is a great conditioner! It's lightweight and doesn't make my hair feel brittle and break off in pieces, like Suave and Vo5*yuck*. It was very moisturizing for my limp and fine hair and it's the best conditioner I've ever used--I only use Dove now, because others make my hair feel like elastic straw and when I try to run a comb through it, my hair snarls and breaks. This is a wonderful conditioner!!!

This is hands-down the WORST conditioner I've ever used. It left my thin hair so greasy it felt like it hadn't been washed in 2 months and 6 days. Seriously, I've gone a week without showering before and even that was so much better than this conditioner. This is so revolting I'll probably have nightmares of using it. (Trust me, I've tried this conditioner several ways and none have gotten any better. Only worse. This conditioner leaves a weird waxy, weighed down, oily feel and texture to hair. It was also hard to comb through.) I GIVE IT NEGATIVE 23,645 STARS!
