I bought this by mistake at a local store, because the package resembled my usual Olay soap, and I was in a hurry. However, it made my skin slippery while bathing. The bottoms of my feet were so slippery that I feared I might fall during my shower. This is the one failing of this soap. I would not recommend it for bathing. Getting out of a tub could be problematical as skin remains slippery until dried.off.

This is the only soap that doesn't really dry my skin out or make me break out yet it still lathers well.

I absoblutely love this soap!!! Dove has done a great job with this product. I was actually online looking to purchase an Olay product but ran across this product what caught my attention was it was listed as an exfoliating bar soap. I have used the original dove soap for years and alternate between Dove and Olay because other soap bars iritate my skin. This soap is a huge upgrade from the original Dove soap. The smell is wonderful! It is an awesome moisturizer and gets the job done. I highly recommend this product to anyone. I am sure you will be just as pleased.

I know everyone is complaining about the "exfoliating" part of the soap, but I feel like I'm the only one who read the word GENTLE. Dove makes an excellent product and that's the bottom line. And this soap smells soooooooo much yummier than the regular dove beauty bar. Dove Beauty Bar Exfoliate will always be my first choice.
