I'm a man and I use the unscented Dove because it is an excellent antiperspirant with no odor. Most importantly for me, the Dove unscented does not cause my skin to break out in an itchy, irritated rash, which is what happens when I use other antiperspirants. This is one of the few products I can tolerate.

this deodorant is NOT fragrance free. It has a very strong fragrance regardless of how they market it. How do these companies have the nerve to call this fragrance free? I bought 4 containers and can't use any of it. I wasted my money.

I really like this deodorant, but if it doesn't have time to dry it leaves my armpits wet, which can defeat the purpose.

I've used other Dove deodorants, so I was expecting the same performance from this. Unfortunately this falls a little short in comparison. It goes on just fine, but had the tendency to clump in humid weather and wouldn't last as long as other Dove deodorants (let alone other brands). This is also isn't totally unscented... it's not a bad smell at all... quite pleasant really.. but there's definitely something there so be prepared if this is something really important to you. Still, never felt like it competed with my perfume. I also didn't notice any changes in my skin quality while using this, even though this is specifically formulated to condition the skin. Overall, this was a rather lack luster experience. I'm excited to be done with this stick.... I'm going back to ol' reliable.

It's the best! The hypoallergenic deodorants don't seem to control odor and sweat quite as well as others, but this is as good as any. Best, it has no fragrance, and it really doesn't rub off on clothes.

I have sensitive skin and also hate the smell of deodorant. This is smooth, moisturizing, great antiperspirant and has no smell at all. The stick lasts a good amount of time too.

I have a skin allergy to fragrance and Dove is one of the few quality suppliers of deodorant that offers a fragrance-free version. Most other companies only offer "unscented" which means that there is a masking fragrance added. For a person with my allergy that's the same as being scented.

They may not add fragrance, but whatever chemicals are used are very irritating. It's not a nice smell, like added fragrance might be.

needed to start using fragrence free...everything so I could breathe, I have tried a few others and this so far is the best for control. Put it on after you dress as you will get a white residue

It's difficult to find a lasting Deoderant AND Antipersperant for sensitive skin that doesn't have an added "scent". The extra perfumes can actually irritate my skin, so it's super important that I use a non-scented stick. This one is pretty good!

All of my clothes are black - and this stick is deffinately NOT clear - but because it's the most effective non-scented I use it anyway.
When I have to I'll use a "clear" gel anitpersperant, but over all this stick works well; a tissue will clean up any white clumps that may form.

Many strong brands I've tried in the past have visibly clogged my pores. It's gross! :( For me, this stick has been non-comedogenic (doesn't cause blackheads).

Please note: I have never tried a "Clinical Strength" stick, they may work better.
