Keeps perspiration and odor at a low. I use the showerless and really like it. It is always hot and humid where I live so this product is great!

I recommend Dove deodorants-- they smell great and are generally less messy than other deodorants. This one in particular never leaves that narsty white pilling in my underarms, although it does occasionally mark my darker clothes. It also stings less when you apply it right after shaving-- but it still stings a little, so be warned! I find that a hazardous body-aroma is just par for the course when I work out, so I'm not expecting my deodorant to be able to handle that. If, however, you perspire heavily or are looking for a (miracle) product that will keep you flower-fresh during intense athletic activity, this probably isn't the product for you; but for everyday wear, it works well.
