I have naturally curly hair, so I wanted to give this product a shot because I was looking for a detangler. I used it and its a very light mist does not moisturize the hair at all, sort of just sits on top of the hair. It also does not detangle and I dont have tangled hair as bad as some people to begin with. I was not satisfied with this product.

This is by far the best detangler ever! I have fine hair that can be fixed both curly or straight. This product does not weigh my hair down and does a great job helping me get those nasty under your hair tangles out. I use the product every day on myself. My daughter has thick, curly hair and it also is great for her to use every day.

I have been using argan oil products on my hair for the past year or so and I really like them. I decided to try this because I was curious after reading the reviews on it. It smells really nice and is very light. It works well on my hair (longer, straight, fine) but what I use it for the most is my little girl. She has short, fine hair and it gets God-awful tangled while she sleeps. I just spray some of this on it and the tangles comb right out with minimal discomfort. My little girl (age 6) loves the smell of it and likes having her hair brushed now, which is a huge plus. I won't be getting rid of my argan oils completely, but this is nice to use for a change of pace and it's easy on the wallet.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because it didn't knock me out enough to completely switch to it, but it's still a good product and I would recommend it and will continue to buy it.

I really like this product. If used on hair that is already dry, it makes your hair nice and soft and helps with frizzies. Don't use too much though or it will look oily. On wet hair, I use this after I towel dry my hair, it helps as a detangler. Once again, do not use too much otherwise your hair will look greasy as when it dries.

I apply two light sprays all over after blowing out straight and it gives my hair a finished shine. Great clean smell too!

I got this with my 11 year old daughter in mind. She has wavy to curly hair it's pretty thick & it gets tangled and frizzy if she sleeps with wet hair I tried it on her dry hair & it instantly made a difference. I myself have long wavy hair which is thick & also tends to frizz & tangle. After using this product my hair feels great & not weighted down like other products I have tried. Over all an excellent product for the price. I also love the smell :)

Very light weight, reduces frizz and softens beautifully. I really appreciate that Dove provides so many non-pretentious, effective and unbelievably reasonably priced products. I also love the light oil shampoo - great lather, soft hair.

I got this because I wanted a spray leave-in oil-based conditioner to use on both dry and damp hair. It works well as a detangler and softens dry hair, but it smells really strange. Almost like sore throat spray. It doesn't last long, but it's unpleasant for sure. I wouldn't buy this again.

I wanted a spray to help control the 'flyaways' that I get sometimes, but wanted something NON OILY, yet had oil in it? I saw that this Dove spray has argan oil - a favorite of mine - and figured at this awesome price, why not give it a try? I use it differently than what is suggested. It says to use on damp or wet hair; I use it as a refresher on my totally dry hair. My hair is waist-length, thick, natural spiral curls; and believe me even at this length, it gets kinda crazy and flies away on me, so I want something to give it WEIGHT, moisture, and control these curls! The spray comes out in a very fine, wide spraying mist; which is perfect - it is totally even when it goes on, and I brush it through or just use my hands to go from mid-hair to ends to rub it in. The spray dries VERY quickly, smells terrific, and makes my hair silky soft, gives it the weight I need without weighing it down too much and also, without the greasy feel you get from SOME other oil sprays. Highly recommend, I imagine this would do well on all hair types (short/long, curly/straight, young/old, etc./etc.)...... the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the alcohol content in it... but, I think the alcohol is necessary for it to dry so quickly and not feel greasy. Otherwise - very good product.
