I have looked high and low for a hairspray to replace Sebastian's ultra expensive light hold fine mists that are great, but way too expensive at $18-$20/can. Most have been too perfumey or heavy or sticky, but this product is none of those things. It works almost as great as the Sebastian at a fraction of the price. I highly recommend it for very light hold without a heavy scent.

This works well on my fine bleached hair. It holds without being sticky, stiff or you ending up with helmet head. It is not overly smelly....which is something I hate in a hair spray as it conflifts with my perfume. This is a good product.

I needed a hair to help hold my style during the warm and humid months where I live but didn't want to spend a lot of on some designer product. At the time I read or heard that Dove had very good hair care products and decided to give their hair spray a try. I was very impressed with the holding power of this spray and pleased that it didn't weigh my hair down. It's the only hair spray I use and would highly recommend this formula to African American woman who chemically relaxed their hair. My only little con is that it's a bit sticky but not much.

This is great for me when styling my hair. It helps with fly away hair and give me some control . I can no longer find it in any of our local stores so drugstore.com has saved the day by continuing to carry this life-saving product. I don' t know what I will do if they discontinue it.

I love this hairspray because it holds great but you can easily run a comb or brush through your hair after using it. Doesn't damage your hair and it doesn't have a heavy build up! I have been using this product everyday for a few years and I love it!

Bought this because of the excellent reviews. Was extremely disappointed. Threw it away after less than five uses because I couldn't take it anymore. That's saying something because I use everything to the last bit, even if it's less than optimal because waste makes me nuts. This stuff smells horrible (yet I really like Dove shampoo and conditioner), comes out in a heavy spray rather than a fine mist, is sticky, stiff and just wait until you have to comb or brush your hair at some point....UH OH!

I have long and thick hair and apply this spray after using a wide curler usually, and it holds the style for days - seriously. This is the first time that a hair product did not leave my hair feeling stiff. This spray is very light and natural and completely undetectable. Plus, it smells great. I threw out all other hair products -- gels and spray.

Best hairspray, even compared to expensive salon brands. Just enough hold while leaving hair natural looking. Smell is pleasant and not overpowering. Leaves hair touchable and not sticky or hard.

I have thick, curly/wavy hair with lots of frizz. I have tried so many hairsprays and this is by far my favorite one. I love the smell and I love the flexible hold. I stock up whenever it goes on sale!
