My mother started using Pink Dove Bars when I was a young girl and that smell has stayed with me as a wonderful memory of my Mom. Our house smelled like Pink Dove, only the pink bars have that wonderful aroma. So I've used it for years.

I bought this because of the positive reviews I read on here. I was very disappointed with this purchase, or should I say, waste of money! I am itching all over after using this soap. It did not moisturize at all. I hate wasting money though, so I will use the other 5 bars and make sure that I never purchase this again. As for the smell, I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. The scent was faint and smelled like the sub par soap you get when you stay at a hotel, but luckily the scent faded completely. What a complete disappointment.

I love this soap!!! It smells lovely, lathers well, leaves skin so soft, and the scent stays on the skin long after the shower! Has the bathroom smelling like a rose garden too! Wouldn't consider using anything else. This is definitely a must buy!

I've used this soap since I was a teenager ~ I'm 50+ now. It's non drying but does not leave a residue on my skin. It also does not leave a soapy residue in the shower either. I often use it to wash mascara off, it's that mild.

The scent is delightful ~ I truly wish that Dove would create a line of afterbath products that smell exactly like this soap. I would love to bathe with this soap, then spritz this scent on me, then follow with a lovely dusting of powder ~ all in THIS DELIGHTFUL SCENT!

I was told once that a lady at a high-end department store perfume counter recommended that women use this Dove soap before applying any perfume. She said it is the only soap that does not leave a residue on the skin and taint an application of perfume. The perfume smells "true" after washing with Dove. That's interesting.

This Dove soap cleans, moisturizes without being heavy, smells lovely, and looks pretty-in-pink in my bath. I pack it when traveling, and have even used it to wash my hair in a pinch. While it's not the recommended use for it, it did a pretty good job.

I have used this soap for many, many years and I just love it. It is moisturizing and the best thing about it is that it does not leave that icky soap film on your skin. It is very moisturizing and can be used on hands, body, and face. Will remove light makeup also. If you have sensitive skin get the fragrance free or sensitive skin version. This one smells like roses.

I love this Dove soap, you can NEVER go wrong with a classic, this soap leaves my skin hydrated, soft, and smelling wonderful. It's pink and it smells girly, which is why I love it. I recommend this for anyone who wants beautiful, soft skin.
