I used a sample of this with the matching conditioner. I was totally unimpressed. The scent smelled nothing like grapefruit or lemongrass, instead it was a very heavy, cheap, fake fragrance scent that gave me a headache and lasted all day. The shampoo had left my hair feeling oddly rough - not really clean, just weird - and the conditioner did little to remedy that. My hair wound up looking and feeling greasy after a few hours - something I've almost never had a problem with before. There are much better products in the same price range.
How to go fresh: After shampooing, massage conditioner through hair and rinse thoroughly after 1 to 3 minutes. May be used every time you wash your hair.
