I like Dove shampoo products but this one doesn't deliver. It's supposed to add volume and I used both the shampoo and conditioner and it did nothing for my fine straight hair. In fact it made it flatter with a tend toward greasiness. I'm going to stay with their other shampoos that work much better.

I use this with its companion shampoo, which i also like very much. I have fine, straight, long hair that tends toward greasiness, it has zero volume on its own. this conditioner allows my hair to feel silky and light without frizzing or getting all fly-away.

Since my hair won't obey at all, i use no styling products on it. I have learned to let it do its own thing, my only control over my hair is to keep it clean, shiny and smooth. My routine is
Shampoo-Condition-Blow dry.
This conditioner suits my simple needs perfectly.

If there was a difference, it was minimal. I was hoping, since I love Dove products, that this would be great for me. I will be choose a different brand.

This conditioner left my hair feeling dry and looking dull. I have very fine thin hair that is usually on the oily side. This was horrible, I couldn't even tell I had used conditioner.

Here's the thing: I have long, thick hair that doesn't need any added volume. But when I was out of conditioner one day, I had to borrow this from my mom. I was afraid that it would make my hair too thick and unmanageable. However, it didn't make my hair any thicker and did not add volume; instead, it made it the softest I had ever felt it in a long time! I didn't like the way it smelled, but my hair felt amazing after using it.

This seems to be the replacement for the volumizing mousse conditioner and a small amount of this new formulation still makes fine hair feel soft and silky. Prefer the packaging of the mousse however.

It made my fine blonde hair soft, but it weighed it down too much. I tried using less and less, then I wasn't using it at all. Dove had a foaming weightless conditioner that worked a lot better and was a lot lighter, but I cannot find it anywhere anymore :(

I saw that this was an Allure magazine choice product. I was not impressed with this product. I have used the Dove shampoo in the past, and think it is the worst shampoo ever, but thought I would give the condioner a chance. It left my hair dry and not volumized at all. A loser in my book. My favorite conditioner is still Pantene Full and Thick. So far, nothing has beat it.

It does volumize the hair, especially when using with the shampoo, but it leaves my hair greasy.
