I used it on my hands for a soap, but it dried them out. Only used 1 drop. But to be fair, I have dry skin and well water. Just about anything except goat's milk soap dries it out. I then used a little mixed with water to wash my hair. I have a filter on my showerhead, so this was a better test. I used it as a body wash, and my skin isn't as dry as my hands were. My hair felt soft while it was wet, so it seems good as a shampoo. I only used a tiny bit mixed with water. I discovered it in a local health food store (before health food stores were on every corner) and originally bought it because it is manufactured in a neighboring town. But I continue to buy it because I love its new fragrances (it was originally available only in eucalyptus), its convenience, its natural feel, its flexibility, and pretty much everything. If I get down to the last inch in the bottle, I mix it with a cup of water and it lasts for almost as long as the straight stuff. It's quite inexpensive when used as recommended--even overusing it as I do. If you haven't tried it, you're lucky--because there's a real treat coming when you do!  Pros

It cleans very well and leaves a nice light peppermint-hemp scent (a little hippie but I like it). The peppermint can be strong at first, and a little 'tingly' on sensitive areas of the body but it a good clean feeling and a few drops is all thats needed to get a good scrub. Pros

However, I tried it on my hair and don't like how it feels, other than that I use it for the floors, counters, my bathroo,s, everything, even to bathe my children and even wash the dog. Gotta love it!
