Emmanuel Bronner passed away peacefully on March 7th of 1997. The business continues to be run by the Bronner family with no break in continuity. Over 1000 acres of Bronner's beloved Rain Forest was donated by his family to the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Diego County, California. Underprivileged children can now camp under the stars within sight of Mt. Palomar which is often mentioned in the Moral ABC.

For a while I have been wanting to try one of Dr.Bronner's soaps.I read numerous times that the liquid type left a film in the sink and bath tub so I chose the bar.I'm very into non toxic beauty and make a lot of my own bath and body products so I don't really need many comercial products.But...when I travel I can't take my jars of homeade cosmetics/toiletries that require refigeration.lol.This soap is so great! The smell! The effectiveness! The truely naturalness! There was no film left anywhere so I am going to try some other of his bar soaps when I am finished with this one.I am very satisfied and should have tried it sooner :)

I read about this soap in More magazine and wanted to try it. I found it at drugstore.com...where I seem to be able to find everything I'm looking for!! I love this soap. It smells wonderful and is moisturizing. It feels like it has a higher fat content which probably adds to the moisturizing effect. It is all natural and organic. I am looking for these kinds of products more and more as I get older. I am hooked on this soap and will definitely buy it again and again. Love it!!

My young adult son has eczema and our family physician recommended this product as gentle to his condition. It's all he uses. It's gentle and smells good.

I looked and looked for a really pure bar soap that would lather well. This is my best find ever. Incredible lather, and mild, and a nice size. None of the paying for water as with liquids. But beware that it is hard to find here. The Bar itself (I use Lavender) says "Dr. Brommer's Magic Soaps" on one side and "All-One" on the other. But if you search on that you won't find it. Anyway, glad I got to buy it here!
