    Apply solo or under lipstick/gloss. Use before bed and before wind/sun exposure. Nice texture and good value. Rich but not overly greasy, waxy, or sticky. Used to make my own balm, and this is the closest I've found to my perfect formula.Does have a slight oily smell that some may find off-putting, but that is better than artificial scent in my opinion

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
