Food Allergies? Lucy's cookies are made in our own carefully controlled bakery with specially selected ingredients. As an added precaution we test for trace amounts of milk, egg, gluten, peanut and almond.

These are delicious! I wasn't expecting much at first, since gluten free vegan cookies sound like they could be pretty terrible, but they are crispy and light and tasty! I like crispy, crunchy cookies when they are boxed and soft when they are fresh baked. The only thing that I don't like is the packaging. There's no tab to close it up again and the little window in the box doesn't help keep them fresh. I recommend taking them out entirely and puting them in a zip-lock. Regardless, I didn't feel that the packaging was enough to take these little cookies down a star, because it's so nice to find a tasty cookie you can eat when you're gluten intolerant!

gluten free baked goods like cookies and other bakery items can be lacking in the taste area and can also seem stale. These cookies are none of the above. The taste is delicious, i like them better than most other brands of non gluten free cookies. and while they are not a soft baked cookie, do not seem stale like a lot of other gluten free cookies i have tried.
